In EndNote Web, you are only able to remove duplicates from all the citations you've saved rather than from individual groups (folders). This means that you may remove a citation from one of your groups if it is also found in another one of your groups. See the video link below for a possible solution to this problem.
1. Log into EndNote Web and click on "Organize."
2. Click on "Find Duplicates." This will add check marks to duplicate citations.
3. Click "Delete" to remove all the duplicates. Note caution stated above.
