Accessing My Account outside of Canada? Because of ongoing cybersecurity threats, access to the classic catalogue has been restricted to Canadian IP addresses. As a result, placing a hold and managing your account are available within Canada only or with a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connected to Canada. If you are located outside of Canada and do not use a VPN service, please contact circ@twu.ca to request an item or renew material.
To place a hold on a print book or to renew your book online (interlibrary loans are not renewable online), use the barcode on your TWU ID card to login to your library account.
In order to access full OneSearch results and e-Resources from off campus, you must login with your TWU credentials (email address and passord). The login link is available at the top of the search results page.
