The most important skill you'll take with you out of university is the ability to engage with discussions and communicate your thoughts.
In every discipline, whether you're doing lab work, writing a corporate case study, dissecting a novel, or developing a client health plan, the process is the same. You're looking at what other people have said and done, matching it up with your specific situation, needs, and goals, and communicating your thoughts about the matter.
Depending on your class and assignment, you may be presenting a new solution to a problem, explaining your reaction toward someone's point of view, or making connections between multiple people's thoughts. Different types of assignments call for different approaches to your interaction with the material.
Explore this section for guidance on the types of communication you'll be asked to do in your HKIN classes.
