Searching by Author's Name
- Go to TWU Library Homepage
- From the dropdown next to the search box, choose Author
- Type the author's given name and last name. Do not search using the author's first initial and last name as this produces inconsistent results.
- Clicking Search should take you directly to the catalogue record of the thesis.
- If this produces no hits, check your spelling or try a Title search.
Searching by Title
- Go to TWU Library Homepage
- Choose Title from the dropdown next to the search box.
- Type or paste the title into the search box and click Search.
- If the title contains frequently used words, you may need to click on Advanced Search and add the author's surname.
Searching by Keyword
- If you are not sure of the title or author of a thesis, it is possible to search by keyword and limit it to theses.
- Enter your search terms in the default search box on the library homepage.
- After you run your search
- for newer (since 2013) theses, click in the box next to TWUSpace Collection Only
- for older print theses (1961-2012) scroll down until you see Library Location and click the box next to Theses (Print)
- Because of the limited number of theses in the catalogue, this may produce no results.
