As of 01 January 2017 the Library is no longer accepting donations of print books for our collection. 

However we will continue to accept books for sale through our used book shelves, although no tax receipts will be issued. Proceeds from all sales go to the library general fund. For more information on used book sales, contact Shawn Brouwer at (604) 513-2121 x2023.

Budget Allocations

For the 2019/20 fiscal year, the library is allocating book collection development funds per faculty/school. The dollar amount was determined by examining the total amount spent on specialized databases for each faculty, the relative importance of the monograph vs. the article for certain disciplines, and the cross-disciplinary nature of some programs. For your faculty's allocation amount, please contact your Dean.
