The library computers have the following programs installed. The library does not provide support, but if you are comfortable with technology, you're welcome to help, although it shouldn't be at the expense of your other duties. I've included some of the more common issues below.

Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes:

  • Acrobat
  • Dreamweaver
  • Fireworks
  • Flash
  • Illustrator

  • Photoshop
  • Premiere

Microsoft Office 2013

  • Access
  • Excel
  • InfoPath Designer
  • InfoPath Filler
  • OneNote
  • PowerPoint
  • Project
  • Publisher
  • Visio
  • Word - hanging indents, inserting page nos.

Other software:

  • ArcMap 10
  • Data Studio (physics) - On three of the computers close to the Research Help Desk only.
  • Diet Analysis 9 - It's not possible to save results. They need to do the assignment at one shot and print it.
  • Maple 16
  • IBM SPSS Stats
  • R
  • Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2013- This is available only on computers LBL20723 and LBL20724 in the main level computer area.
  • Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Library - This is available only on computer No. 20727 on the upper level of the library outside Bill Badke's office.
