Contactless Holds Pick Up Service
Online resources are available 24/7, and our Reference Librarians are available online to answer your research questions, or to set-up a ZOOM meeting, Book a Librarian or email: infodesk@twu.ca
In-person research help is available at the reference desk on the main floor of the Library on drop-in basis, 10:00am - noon & 1:00-3:00pm, Mondays to Fridays during the Fall and Spring semesters. Or you can email individual librarians for in-person appointments. Note: In-person research help on Monday mornings and some Friday mornings is scheduled from 10:30am-12:30pm.

All three floors of the Library are open, including Borrower Services .At present there is limited onsite reference services, contact infodesk@twu.ca for research help.
Access to the Print Collection
Students, staff, faculty, and community members may browse and borrow from the print collection. Our contactless hold pick-up and scan and deliver services remain available.
Computer Lab
Students have access to 25 computers, as well as the copier/printer. Cleaning supplies are available to sanitize the equipment before and after use.
Study Space
Individual study spaces are available on all three floors of the library. Cleaning supplies will be available to sanitize the spaces before and after use. We strongly encourage students to study in their dorm rooms or at home as much as possible.
Study rooms are available for use. Book a study room at the Borrower Services counter during service hours.
Specialized Collections
Access to the TWU Archives and Special Collections is by appointment only.
The Curriculum Resource Centre is open.
Washrooms
Washrooms on all floors are available.
